Dukes R8 App (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.

Information We Collect

Location Data
The App uses precise location only while driving to apply geofence-based profiles and manage GPS lockouts. Location data is never stored, shared, or used for advertising.
Bluetooth
The App connects to compatible Uniden R-Series radar detectors via Bluetooth to read and apply user-selected settings. No Bluetooth data is stored or shared.
No Other Personal Data
The App does not collect your name, email address, contacts, or any personally identifiable information.

To apply your chosen profiles when entering or leaving geofenced areas.
To write user-selected settings (such as K-Block presets and lockouts) to your radar detector.
To restore your default profile when reconnecting to your detector.

We do not use your data for analytics, marketing, or tracking across other apps or websites.

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. All data stays on your device.

You can disable location services in your device settings or turn off geofencing and lockouts within the App.
You can disconnect your radar detector at any time.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
